Irrespective of project size or level of complexity, SPEX Fabrication and Testing provide a design and build service, plus installation and maintenance. From our 10 metre high facility, complete with a 20 tonne overhead crane, we are able to undertake a wide variety of work such as providing heat treatment, coating and machining as well as assembly, testing and commissioning. We are also able to provide a fully mobile, on-site service.
SPEX specialise in developing structural steel equipment for onshore, offshore topside and subsea use. We mainly service the oil and gas sector, marine, renewable and steel fabrication industries.

All work undertaken by SPEX comes with full complement of documentation. Examples of documentation included range from material certification, weld procedures and welders' qualifications to Certificates of Conformity, Non-Destructive Testing reports and any load testing or special paint certification.
